Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Trendwala. We strive to provide high-quality digital products, resources, tools, and downloadable content to help you accelerate your digital growth. Because our products are digital in nature, our refund and cancellation policy differs from traditional physical retail stores.
1. All Sales Are Final (No Returns)
Since our products (including but not limited to PDFs, eBooks, templates, digital bundles, and online tool access) are delivered instantly via digital download or online access, **we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is completed.**
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned” to us. Therefore, we request all users to carefully read the product description, features, and system requirements before making a purchase.
2. Exceptional Cases for Refunds
We value customer satisfaction and trust. Refunds will ONLY be considered and processed under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Transaction: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product due to a technical glitches or payment gateway error.
- Non-Delivery / Access Failure: If you completed the payment but did not receive the download link or access credentials via email within 24 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide the file manually after being contacted.
- Major Technical Defect / Corrupted File: If the downloaded file is completely corrupted, unreadable, or severely defective, and our support team fails to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours of your complaint.
3. Order Cancellation
Because digital products are delivered automatically and immediately upon successful payment, **orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed.**
If you made a typo in your email address during checkout, please contact our support team immediately so we can update your details and resend your purchase link.
4. How to Request Assistance or Refund
If you experience any technical issues with your purchase or fall under one of the valid refund exceptions mentioned above, please reach out to us within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved by our support team, the refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) depending on your bank’s processing time.
